Law Schools in India

An array of academies spread across the country provides easy access to law courses. Students can go for entry-level BA courses and specialize by doing their masters or even their PhDs. Select institutes also offer courses related to emerging and cutting-edge areas like informational technology, environmental sciences and bio-technology. Some also have courses tailor-made to impart knowledge of taxation or labor laws or of comparative law. The law schools themselves range from GLC Mumbai that was founded as long as 1860 to the Cochin-based National University of Advanced Legal Studies that came into being just two years ago. Among themselves, these schools take care of developing talent and expertise in all legal subjects and their practical application.
