Monish Jamwal,
Director & CEO

Monish is the founder and CEO of Principal Consulting. The driving force of PCG, Monish brings with him over 14 years of experience working in the US capital market, both as an end user and solution provider in the fields of Wealth Management, Client Reporting, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing.

Monish most recently was the Vice President of IT for BNY Brokerage, a division of The Bank of New York with over 1,500 clients. In addition, Monish has held project manager roles with major Wall Street firms including Credit Suisse First Boston, Autranet and DLJ (Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette). In the early part of his career, Monish consulted with Citibank India, Wells Fargo, Aetna Insurance and Williams & Co. Monish has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy in India and a MBA from the University of Rutgers.

Pradeep Kumar Das,
Director - Products

Pradeep has over 30 years of wide ranging experience in the banking and financial services space. He has worked extensively in integrated financial services and banking software development; economic, market, investment and mutual funds research; integrated financial planning, wealth management; product development; distribution of integrated financial services, insurance and mutual funds, bancassurance, retail banking, cards, TQM / BPR; bank marketing; strategic planning, joint ventures in multi-national (ING Vysya Bank), private (Vysya Bank) and public sector / GOI (United Bank of India, IRBI) banks.

Currently he is an independent Consultant with a few companies spread over financial and wealth management services, investment research, bancassurance, industrial SMEs and fine arts. Till April 2005, he headed investment and third party products, which spearheaded product development in financial services covering insurance (both life and general), investment product, private banking and capital markets in ING Vysya Bank.

Krishna Mohan,
Director

Krishna Mohan has over 15 years of experience in financial services industry, with various responsibilities that include business establishment, marketing, sales, networking partnerships, process automation, recruitment, training, and ISO certification. Founder of INVESTPRO offering investment advisory, financial planning and wealth management based upon a fundamental and value based approach with processes for risk profiling, investment policies, asset allocation, designing balanced investment portfolios, downside risk protection and dynamic asset management and monitoring.

Prior to that, he was Head of Retail Distribution at Sprism Securities Pvt Ltd. where he was responsible for setting up a retail distribution division for marketing financial products. He has also worked as AVP of Alternate Channel at Way2Wealth Securities Pvt. Ltd, where he spearheaded the creation of a network of more than 800 channel partners across India. In the earlier years of his career, he has worked as a Senior Manager at Karvy Consultants Limited and was responsible for setting up the central office for Retail Financial Product Division in Bangalore and expansion to various other cities across India.
